About Me

I am currently an Associate Professor in the Technological Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management (TIES) group at MIT Sloan, and a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research. I received my Ph.D. from the MIT Department of Economics.

My research interests are in innovation, entrepreneurship, and personnel economics, with a focus on how organizations evaluate ideas and people.
